Certificate Authority: "SwissSign AG"
This page serves to demonstrate the functioning of a manual SwissSign registration authority.
Customers can predefine, and vary, all certificate content such that the resulting certificates suit their purpose. It is possible to link fields of this form to other (e.g. SAP or Peoplesoft) databases for content verification or other analyses.

This password will protect the private key in the CA key store and while it is in transit.

The /O= variable (organization) is automatically set to "SwissSign AG". The /C= variable (Country, which is mandatory if /O= is used) is set to "CH". The /OU= variable (organizational unit) is set to "Test".

After submitting the request, the RA Operator has the request pending for aproval.
The RA Operator would normally verify the correctness and validity of the certificate request and acompanying documentation before aproving it.
